18th July 2004 Windsurfing: knap, barry Wind Direction: westly Wind Stength: 15+ Surf / Sea State: small waves/swell Air Temperature: ok Sea Temperature: ok Weather: sunny Max Speed: Distance Covered: well here we go again , wind was ne in morning and raining dark dreary day , but bt 12 , swung west 8mph , thought it was time to make a move , Rung Downwind Dan who was a bit dubious saying it was dead , but gave him a bit of "trust me its going to happen" . Picked him up on way past house pulled into beach just before 1pm , weyhey 6m weather . Sailed all aft untill about 6pm , few others turned up later in aft , some nice ramps for jumps later in day , Downwind Dan inspired by yesterday was even getting a bit of air on his race kit . Another blaster of a day at the Knap . |
